Alison Dunbar-Spencer is a lifelong resident of Northeast Ohio, where her deep community roots and strong work ethic have shaped both her personal and professional journey. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Cincinnati. Alison remains actively involved in the community where she was born, raised, and now raises her own family.
Alison assumed the role of Owner and CEO of BRAL Corporation following the retirement of her father, company founder Keith Dunbar. Under her leadership, BRAL continues its legacy of excellence in the manufacturing industry, while embracing innovation and expanding its strategic vision. With a firm commitment to both tradition and progress, Alison is guiding BRAL Corporation into its next era of growth and success.

Founded in 1983 by industry veteran Keith Dunbar, BRAL Corporation was established to meet a critical need in the U.S. manufacturing market. With a career spanning decades, Keith advanced from shop floor roles to Foundry President, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the industry from the ground up.
Recognizing an opportunity to enhance domestic supply capabilities with international resources, Keith dedicated three years abroad—touring facilities, forging key partnerships, and building a robust global network. His efforts laid the strategic foundation for BRAL Corporation, which has since become a trusted name in delivering high-quality cast and machined components to clients across various sectors.
With a commitment to excellence, innovation, and global sourcing, BRAL Corporation continues to reflect its founder’s vision: combining deep industry knowledge with international reach to deliver unmatched value and reliability.
